Concept
The idea of “Jan Jan Sahayog” arises from the fact that one (stronger i.e. privileged) hand should catch another (weaker i.e. underprivileged) one and pull it until it has risen to level of strength i.e. privilege.

Execution: The idea’s execution will lie in very old concept that we’ve used in MLM.
One Jan Sahayogi will inspire at least two jan sahayogis beneath him, those two will inspire four (two each) four will bring in eight thus to complete a group called ‘Block” as shown in diagram.
Role of Jan Sahayogi
Each Jan Sahayogi will have task of supporting two to three children of underprivileged family in terms of education (school fee, books, uniform etc) and part of nutrition (providing for two eggs per day or one glass of milk). This’d mean an expense of 500 Rs p.m. on education and 300 Rs. P.m. on nutrition. If a family has three children it’d cost the Jan Sahayogi 2,400 Rs p.m., which should be about 2% of his monthly income.
On having three down lines in his group that group will have 15 Jan Sahyaogi in total (1+2+4+8). This group of 15 Jan Sahayogi will be called a Block.
One such block will have responsibility to create two new blocks (of 15 Jan Sahayogis) under it and the cycle must go on as above until we have 15 blocks in the series. A group of 15 Blocks will be called a Triangle.
The Triangle will have responsibility to create two such triangle beneath it and so forth until there are 15 Triangles in the Group. Collection of 15 Triangles will be called a Pyramid.
Hence a Pyramid will have 15 Traingles, A Triangle will have 15 Blocks and a Block will have 15 Jan Sahayogis. So, a Pyramid will have 15*15*15= 3,375 Jan Sahayogis, which will be taking care of about 10,000 underprivileged children.
Our goal must be to reach a number 100 such Pyramids in next 10 years, which could mean impacting lives of ~ one million (ten lacs) children in India. It’s obvious we’re not expecting to build 10 Pyramids per annum (the growth can’t be linear), but we’ll build bit by bit and growth will be exponential.
